I am a Manager at FEV Consulting and currently located in our Munich Office. I have been part of FEV Consulting since day 1, when I started as a student with my Diploma Thesis during the founding days in Summer 2011. At that time, I studied Industrial Engineering at the RWTH Aachen and just came back from my Erasmus semester abroad. I knew I wanted to do something exciting and challenging at the end of my studies where I could combine my technical and business-related knowledge from university with first-hand experience during real consulting projects.

As a Manager at FEV Consulting, I have a very diverse set of tasks and responsibilities. I am not focusing anymore so much on operational project execution, but rather on dedicated project management, providing guidance to my team, interacting and communicating with my clients. When you ask me, what makes FEV Consulting different from all the other management consultancies – I can say straight away: TEAM. For me, FEV and FEV Consulting is a big family, and the team atmosphere is one of a kind. Everyone backs and supports the other as good and much as he / she can. That forms a trust among our colleagues, which you rarely find somewhere else. On top, we provide everyone the opportunity to become an entrepreneur in our company – everyone receives the freedom and flexibility to perceive own ideas and opportunities. If you asked me now, where I see myself in 30 years, I would not be surprised if I was still part of the FEV family.
